Day 01: Ultra Light Aircraft in the shade of Annapurna Himalaya.
An enjoyable short flight that takes place from sunrise to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to sunset every day except in monsoon season (July to mid-September) Ultra Light, a marvelous short flight on mini aircraft of single engine, takes off from Pokhara airport with panorama of Pokhara valley, the lakes with massive mountain range of Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri Himalaya with majestic Mt. Machhapuchare ‘Fish Tail’, including rolling green hills and valley dotted with farm villages, an ideal way to enjoy and witness spectacular scenery with new perspective.
Day 02: Ultimate Bungee / Bungy Jumping.
This remarkable 160 m and 500 ft drop into a gorge of raging Bhote Kosi River, one of the longest world’s Free Fall. Ultimate Bungee Jumping a great sport and an adventure where the drive takes you on route Nepal / Tibet border, a couple of hours drive, been in operations since last two decades ago, started by expert New Zealander in Nepal which is one of the great spectacular Bungee Jumping on this Planet.
Day 03: Para Gliding within clear range of Himalayan peaks.
Another popular sport is Para Gliding, started in Pokhara at present can be done in Kathmandu valley, near Phulchowki hills, however Pokhara is the foremost for Para Gliding as it is the closest to the great Annapurna Himalaya backdrop with awesome scenery, starting the Paraglide with a short drive to the hill of Sarankot at 1, 460 meters, while Pokhara valley is a low warm area of just 8,60 to 900 meters. Running and Jumping and gliding above the scenic Pokhara valley with awesome scenery, the flight takes from 45 minutes to an hour landing by the lake Phewa.
Day 04: Kayaking and clinic.
Nepal offers another challenge in water sports kayaking on the torrent raging glacial rivers for the experts in Kayaking and water sports. For people who want to know about Kayaking in Kathmandu or at Pokhara, there are several Rafting Companies offering a day to a week course for interested people.
Day 05: Cannoning various cascading waterfalls.
Nepal offers another water sport called Cannoning, where you abseil from torrent waterfalls, this sports gaining popularity among adventurous people this adventure can be done in a few hours which involves walk or hike to the waterfalls spots.
Day 07: Sky Dive.
Out of various adventure in Nepal, a skydive is another sport that’s gaining popularity every year, although an expensive adventure, where you can get overwhelming experience being close to world high Mt. Everest with surrounding stunning peaks. Involves flying in a small plane near around Everest and then jumping with a parachute depending upon clear weather conditions.
Day 08: Zip Flyer Nepal: Dream it-Dare it-Do it! World’s most extreme zip line.
A 1,800 meters long with 2,000 ft vertical drop and 120 k.m. per hour speed with 02 mins ride time. If you are looking for true adrenalin rush then Sky Zip is for you. Unlike anything you've seen before the Sky Zip zip line by High Ground, adventures is truly an experience not to be missed. Participants must be between 35 and 125 kgs (75 and 275 pounds) and be comfortable with heights. This ride is not recommended for individuals with back or neck problems, or those who are pregnant.
Day 09: Everest Marathon.
Nepal offers various marathon runs from the high mountain range and high hills to end at scenic valley all in the shade of world highest mountain range, most popular and acclaimed marathon run in the world is ‘Tenzing -Hillary Everest Marathon’ THEM for short. A unique in many ways and has many special features: Highest Marathon in the world-Starting line is 5,356m. Recorded in Guinness Record Book as Highest Marathon of the World begins from Everest Base Camp right below the Khumbu Icefall, where Marathon starts from Everest Expedition Base Camp and the on route that criss-cross around Sherpa village trails to Namche Bazaar. Covering a distance of 42.195 km as per International Marathon run and as well Olympic Standard, Marathon runs through the Highest Glaciers and Moraines around the stretch of 10 km. This marathon passes through the traditional route to Everest pioneered by Late Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary while climbing Everest in 1953.
Day 10: Mountain Flight.
If you are not trekking around Nepal Himalaya, but still have a dream to view Mt. Everest this an opportunity for once in a lifetime experience, one of the most popular and easy way to view the panorama of mountains with Mt. Everest at its closest from the window seat of the plane. Mountain flight operates nearly all season of the year, however spring ( February to April) and autumn/falls (September to November) are the best time to enjoy the views and panorama of 360◦ wide range of Himalayan peaks from Manaslu-Ganesh, Langtang, Jugal Himal with Mt. Everest and as far towards Mt. Makalu and Kanchenjunga towards far east. Most of the domestic flight operates early morning from 6: 30 a.m. to 9 a.m with window seats on 50 mins to an hour scenic flight, where you can observe the mighty chain of Himalayan peaks both ways never missing the core and highlight of mountain flight.
Day 11: ROCK & WALL CLIMBING.
From a day to a week and beyond Kathmandu area with treks to reach some of the location points.
Rock climbing areas in Kathmandu and beyond:
Nagarjun Forest -30 mins drive from Kathmandu with 3-4 hrs courses as per the group size.
• Hattiban- 1-hour drive from Kathmandu with 3-4 hrs courses as per the group size.
• Bimal Nagar - 20 mins drive from Bandipur with 3-4 hrs courses as per the group size.
• Nagarkot–2 hrs drive with 3-4 hrs courses as per the group size.
• Namche Bazaar – Bouldering area with 3-4 hrs courses as per the group size.
Besides the above location, we do train other areas around Langtang & Rolwaling Valley.
Outside Kathmandu valley a drive to end of the road head and hike to the location of rock climbing, in Kathmandu with pack lunch and drinking water provided with medical / First Aid kit. The students have to bring their own personal rock climbing equipment’s like harness, carbineer 2 pairs (lock/unlocks) gloves, climbing shoes suitable for the climb.

Day 12: Mountain Biking.
Mountain Biking is another way to witness local rural life riding through farm villages and towns within its ancient heritage sites exploring forgotten trails and areas where other western people seldom visit.
