Types of Treks
There are mainly two ways in which trekking in Nepal can be done :

trekking 
Teahouse trek can be done only on some very popular trekking routes such as Annapurna Circuit, Langtang or the route to Everest. We offer modest accommodations and reasonable standard of food at teahouse and lodges all along the trails. A guide and some porters take care of leading the trek and carrying the luggage and equipment.
b) Fully organized camping trek
On a tented trek we take along all the necessary food and camping equipment. This way we are able to set our won pace and travel through places untouched by mass tourism. A gully organized trek is one, which is self-sufficient. there are guides, cooks, porters or yaks to take care of all the technical and logistical aspects of the trip. Every day our staff will set the camp and our well-trained, professional cooks prepare the delicious semi-western type meals. Our trekking guide acquaints you with the local culture and customs.
Inclusives on the Teahouse Trek :
Trekking permit, National Park fee, Transport by land to and from, Accommodation (In the lodges along the way), Food 3 meals (providing from the menu), A guide and necessary porters, most essential equipments, Sleeping bag, Jacket etc.Inclusives on the Camping Trek :
Trekking permit, Transportation (land) to and from. Three meals a day on the trekking (cooking utensils), All the necessary equip-ments such as tents (twin sharing), down sleeping bag, down jacket, mattress, and a guide, cook, kitchen boy and porters etc.Exclusive on both types of Treks :
Emergency evacuation, personal expenses, other royalties for the Govt. as per specified region and Insurance, etc.
Insurance
Insurance policy should cover for helicopter evacuation expenses in the eventuality of a serious illness or accident. the insurance should also cover for possible evacuation incase of one get stranded in any remote airfield due to bad weather conditions.
